The 7 Dragon Balls.
The Dragon Balls are mystical crystalline spheres that feature between 1 and 7 five-pointed stars inside of them. Individually, they have no powers. When gathered, they have the ability to call forth Shenron who will grant the player one wish.

Dragon Balls, being exactly one tile large and scarce, are very difficult to find without aid.
Spawning[ | ]
The world will always have 7 Dragon Balls in it. Once a Dragon Ball is collected by a player, it will respawn somewhere else (though typically not in the Jungle Temple) instantly. They are most often found underground due to the larger floor area, though it isn't impossible for one to appear on the surface or above.
On world creation, Grandpa Gohan's house may have the 4 Star Dragon Ball along with a note instructing the player to gather the rest.
