Getting Started

You start out with your basic tools along with an Empty Necklace. The Necklace can be combined with 5 of any gem to make one of the Necklaces.

The most basic crafting station you will need is the Z-Table. It can be crafted with 15 Scrap Metal, which is sold by the Merchant for 400*4  a piece, and 20 Stable Ki Crystals dropped by Forest Biome Enemies, Desert Biome Enemies and Snow Biome Enemies.

Tier 1 Weapons are the first tier of attacks and can be crafted with Stable Ki Crystals.

You can increase your max Ki by consuming Ki Fragments, they are dropped only by bosses. The first Ki Fragment you will obtain is the Novice Ki Fragment. It is dropped by the Eye of Cthulhu at a 25% chance. Note that each type of Ki Fragment can be consumed only once.

Ki Scrolls are consumables that can be crafted with Ki Crystals. They increase your Ki charge rate upon consuming them. The first Ki Scroll you will obtain is the Novice Ki Scroll. There are 5 types of Ki Scrolls. Note that each type of Ki Scroll can be consumed only once.

The Dragon Radar MK1 is a Pre-Hardmode Radar sold by the Mechanic for 200000*20 . Holding it will point you in the direction of the nearest Dragon Ball with bad accuracy and getting too close to a Dragon Ball will overload the radar.

Using any of the Radars can help you find the 7 Dragon Balls. Placing all 7 near each other and right-clicking any of the Dragon Balls will open the Wish Menu, where you can choose any of the Wishes.

The Kaioken is a quite unique technique. Every Kaioken can be obtained from Bosses. Kaioken consumes Health while increasing your damage and speed. The first tier of Kaioken is dropped by the Eye of Cthulhu.

Super Saiyan 1 is the first transformation you will achieve. After you beat Skeletron, you have a 5% chance to become a Super Saiyan when dying to any other boss. After dying to other bosses three times, however, you will have a 100% chance to obtain Super Saiyan 1 when dying to any boss a fourth time.

Every transformation except Kaioken, LSSJ1 and LSSJ2 have mastery. Mastery is a mechanic for transformations that allows you to reduce the Ki drain and even unlock new forms altogether. Mastery gradually increases when you take damage while transformed. At a mastery of 100% most forms consume half the usual Ki. Super Saiyan 1 is the only form currently that unlocks higher forms through mastery, unlocking Ascended Super Saiyan (at 50% Mastery) and Ultra Super Saiyan (at 75% Mastery).

All forms that have mastery display a message upon mastering the form, with Super Saiyan 1 also having messages for its other mastery unlocks.

The Bukuujutsu Guide Vol 1 - Chorus Aeria is a consumable that grants the ability of Flight. It can be crafted at the Z-Table with 100 Stable Ki Crystals, 3 Mana Crystals and 1 Book.

The I.T. Tome Vol 1 - Dissipati Peribunt is a consumable that grants the ability to teleport on any NPC, player, or Ki Beacon. It is dropped by the Wall of Flesh with 25% chance.

Please note that all the items that you have consumed have to be bind in order to be used. Without a bind, you will not be able to put them to use.
